Clicking the “Write article” link (Exhibit 17.3), takes users to LinkedIn Publishing, as shown in Exhibit 17.6. This interface offers more options (than the post interface) such as basic editing, inclusion of headline, and the insertion of image, video, slides, links or snippets at the start of each paragraph.
Articles are not as transient as posts, which are quickly drowned by the constant stream of incoming posts. Similar to blogs, articles remain on the author’s profile until she chooses to delete them.
