Destiny - Game Plan

Destiny’s participants traverse a multi-year time frame within days. The duration is usually three years, though the game is sometimes run over a shorter duration. The three-year game plan exhibited above, covers 12 quarters, comprising 6 sets of business decisions, each encompassing two quarters. Starting with the historical data for Year 1, the teams’ first decision pertains to Year 2 — Quarter 1 and Quarter 2. The outcome of the decisions is reviewed through Destiny’s dashboards.

Following decision IV, at the end of Year 3, teams are required to deliver a business presentation that reviews their performance in Year 2 and Year 3, and outlines their Year 4 plan, inclusive of key objectives, targets and initiatives.
